This was our 3rd visit to this part of florida and we must say that the villa was everything we expected. Great location close to Walmart,Disney and the I4.
Pool was great (though it would have been nice to have some pool toys, so we have left those that we bought)(by the way this is really nitpicking)Sit by the pool from morning to bedtime and there is always something to see.
Clean gated community with really good clubhouse.
Although a popular community it was always quiet and peaceful. No problems dealing with the owners and reading the guestbook in the villa shows that everyone has similar comments to make.
Would we stay here again or recommend it to friends?
100% YES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We had a lovely time in this
We had a lovely time in this wonderfull house.It has a lovely pool and spa which is not overlooked and you can see the most amazing sunsets.My boys enjoyed the ps2 games room and the wifi.It is in a good position close to the 192 with lots of restaurants, publix wallmart.There was just four of us but it would easily suit two families.We would love to return and will recommend to friends.

What a fantastic villa, We
What a fantastic villa, We were on holiday in early April for two weeks. The villa has everything you could want for and more. The villa is on a very well kept gated community. The villa itself leaves you wanting for nothing, all is there. My children lioved the pool area and games room. Its great to be relaxing in the pool and either seeing or listening to the nature outside. The owner was very helpful and commuinication was great. Disney is just a 15 minute drive away.

We stayed for 10 days in June
We stayed for 10 days in June 09. Had a great time in a great villa in a good location. Close to the Disney parks and I-Drive, 1/2 mile round trip to nearest Publix (supermarket). Plenty of places to eat within a short drive. We would definately return when we next visit Orlando.

Stayed 8 days in March 2010. This was our second visit to this home.Great location, private secure neighborhood within close proximaty to all attractions and plenty of stores and restaurants. Plenty of room in this 4 bedroom home with game room! Definatly would recommend to famil and friends.

We stayed for 3 weeks this March/April 2009. The villa is home from home everything you need is accessible, safe secure neighbourhood, plenty of info in the villa for surrounding attractions. Spacious, pool, games, tv, music it's all there if you need it. The view and sunset wonderful. Local birds, wildlife amazing we even saw some fireflys late evening whilst in the hot tub. Have recommended this villa, will recommend this villa and we are definately going back.

Our second stay in your home
Our second stay in your home was as wonderful as the first. It is clean and accommodating. The yard is fantastic with the pool and private view of the sunset. All attractions are within a few miles. We would definitely recommend this home and look forward to our next visit.

awesome villa with a great view of nature with sounds to match... a place to relax... the POOL was our special treat...never having to worry about crowds which allowed us to swim around the clock...the villa was like being at your own home...comfortable...and everything the owner stated was there and then some...
we cant wait to come back again...

My family and I stayed here
My family and I stayed here for 8 days in March 2009. House is laid out great with plenty of room to be together and enough space to give you privacy. House is nicely furnished and decorated in a great secure neighborhood. Plenty of activities with the pool, hot tub and game room. TV's are plenty along with game system and stereo you will never have to look for something to do (or something to keep kids busy). Pool area and back yard gives some nice privacy (and great sunset) as the area is open and undeveloped. Would definitely recommend!
