Evans Villa

We stayed at your villa for one week, March 2011, and we really enjoyed it. We hope to come back next year. Your house is very comfortable and we really enjoyed staying here. We lucked out with such wonderful weather and used your pool daily. Our 2 year old son thoroughly enjoyed it.

Stayed here in september 2009 for 2 weeks with my family well what can i say it's like home from home. Nice spacious pool and spa, lots of facilties. Rooms were nice and spacious, first impression was a wow it was great. Close to 192 highway with lots of restaurants and entertainment, close to disney and within reach of international drive all by car. The resort itself was nice, quiet and well maintained although did not often use the facilities and everything was in the villa. Overall was very pleased with our stay here and would consider returning in the future.

Hi! our whole family (4 adults, 3 kids) stayed at the Evansvilla in Nov. 2008 for 1 week. We were all very pleasantly surprised at the beautiful layout of the house which easily accomodated all of us! The amenities were spectacular(the private, heated pool was an immediate hit!), the advice and reccomendations were wonderful (thanks, Sue) and because of the location of the villa, we were close to all the attractions as well as being close to lots of shopping! We will definitely include Evansvilla in our travel plans when we visit Orlando (I hope in the near future!)

We stayed at the Evan's villa from Oct 30th - Nov 13th. This was the 2nd time we booked this villa. We returned to the same villa cause we were so pleased with all the villa had to offer. Renting a house is the way to go when you vacation with a family. The home gives everyone their space and lots to do with the games room and pool. The Evan's were a pleasure to deal with in booking the home. We would highly recommend this villa to friends.

Just returning after 2 years we all feel at home again in the Evansvilla. We had a great time to visit the Keys, the launch of the Atlantis space shuttle and to visit the parks! (tired feet but ala...). We recommend this villa to everyone who deserves a quit and great holiday.

I took my step daughter and some of her friends to stay here after her father passed and we all loved it - it is really close to all the theme parks and very easy to locate - beautiful house with everything we could have wanted - would definately stay again, infact we did not want to leave!! great value for money all round -

Unfortunately we had to come home after a great three weeks staying at this wonderful home. The villa is very close to all main attractions, shopping outlets and malls, the gated community makes you feel very safe and the area is very relaxing, clean and quiet. The pool and spa at the villa are a godsend on those hot days (even in January) great to relax in. Games room offers pool and fuse-ball, large tv with bluray player in lounge and great kitchen area, all in all 5 out of 5 for comfort, location management team, and to the owners. (Jan 9-30 2010)

We stayed at Evans villa end spet beg oct 2010 and had a lovely time. The villa has everything you need and the pool and jacuzzi were welcome at the end of a tiring day. The complex was very nice although we didn't use the facilities we enjoyed feeding the ducks on the lake.

I wish we could have rented towels from the office on the last day as our flight was early evening and we would have stayed around the pool on our last day

We stayed one week in march 2009. Very spacious, functionnal and enough room for 2 families. We loved our vacation, close to the parks and every facility you need. Would come back anytime!

We stayed at Evansville in March of 2009. 2 Adults and 4 kids. Villa had plenty of room and everything we needed. Terra Verde is close to Disney, Sea World, and other amenities. We would certainly recommend.

This coming April will be our fourth time staying at the Evans Villa. We love it! We spend most of our time in Florida at the Villa. No need to go anywhere else! Sue has furnished the Villa with anything you might need. The property Management Company is very helpful if you ever have a need. We love the pool! Counting down the days until April 2010!

We stayed with our family and grand kids. We requested a few extras and they were very polite and catered to us wonderfully. We loved the layout and close to everything yet you were in a private community which we also felt safe and the pricing was excellent. We will go back for sure when we all get together again. Once you find a place that you are familiar with it is nice to go back and stay when you know the area. Wonderful home away from home.

REALLY PLEASANT TIME DESPITE THE RAIN & FACT THAT RAIN CLOSED POOL AT RCEPTION AREA. WOULD RECOMMED TO FAMILIES OR COUPLES...ALL ROUND HAD A V NICE HOLIDAY. NO COMPLAINTS AT ALL

Wow, what a fabulous place to stay. We had 6 adults and one child and everyone was very comfortable. We enjoyed all of the amenities that the home had to offer. The management company was readily available for questions/issues. I forgot the password for the lockbox and they arrived within a few hours to open it for me:) In addition the home was conveniently located to the parks and was very easy to get to. I would highly recommend this home and hope to return soon!

we stayed for 2 weeks sept. 2009 3 couples. we all had a great time and would suggest this is the best available. perfect for all the family.i am hoping to go back with the grandkids 2011 and will be contacting SUE who made it all so easy for us. could not think of anything negative to say about evansvilla and recommend it to all.

We stayed in Evansvilla for i week and it was just lovely. A spotless, homely, cheery and very well equipped house. We and our kids loved it! If we venture back to Orlando we would definitely book it again. Well done Sue and Andy!

Our stay at this lovely condo was fantastic. The amenities were by far the best we have had available. We have been to other condos and/or homes and this one was a 5 out of 5 star rating in my book. It is close to any attraction you can think of. We hope to make another visit soon.

Our family so enjoyed our stay at this villa. It was clean, spacious and just perfect in everyway! With four boys, hotel room are the pits, this had everything to entertain our boys right there! We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Orlando!

We stayed at your Villa in Sept 2007 for 2 weeks and it was the best holiday of lives, it was beautiful clean and very spacious and played a big part in our holiday, we hope to visit Florida sometime in the future and will definately try and come back to this villa again

I wanted to give you some feedback on our recent trip where we stayed at your property.
First, let me say that the house is beautiful and with all the décor and amenities it was a pleasure staying there-you though of everything. Our family, both young and old enjoyed the pool and Jacuzzi, although it could have been warmer but it was great for the children.
The management company was great in answering our questions as we tried to acquaint ourselves with pool and Jacuzzi.
Everything else was great; we would definitely stay here again and would recommend others to it as well.

we stayed at Evans Villa for two weeks in February and can honestly say that we all had a fantastic time there. Apart from being so close to all the theme parks and shopping we found the villa a real home from home and will definately book to go back next time we visit Florida (hopefully sooner than later). The kids loved the games room and games console that was available, whilst the rest of us made sure we relaxed our tired feet in the pool as much as possible. The management team were a great help and on hand to answer any questions and help if we needed it. Looking forward to next time.

We stayed at Evans Villa during Oct/Nov08 for four weeks,the point being to do as much relaxing by the pool as we do running round the theme parks with the kids!Finding the perfect villa was crucial and we weren't disappointed.From the moment you step in to Evans Villa it strikes you as beautifully light,spacious and spotlessly clean.The furnishings are modern and simple(the last thing you want with kids is expensive ornaments and sharp corners).The pool and jacuzzi were wonderful and fully equipt with toys and inflatables.The kids also loved the games room.We had a one year old with us and all the required equipment from cot and high chair to buggy were provided.Terre Verde itself is a beautiful and secure location and so close to all the theme parks and wonderful places to eat and drink.It is worth reading through some of the comments left in the guest book in the villa,some of the nicest meals out we had were tip offs from what previous guests had wrote.Lastly I would like to say that the personal input I recieved from Mrs Evans prior to going on holiday was second to none.I was constantly in contact via e mail asking for advice and recommendations and if she couldn't answer me she put me in touch with people who could.I whole heartedly recommend staying at Evans Villa and as a regular visitor to florida I will not be staying anywhere else xx
