Hi Phil and Jan, we had a great time in Florida. Nice weather, a lot of things to do, good food, but most of all: a lovely place to come home in your beautiful villa. It had everything we wanted: Tv, playstation, games room, pool en hot tub, nice view on the lake, peaceful neighbourhood... I hope we can enjoy it once in the future.

We had a fabulous stay in March at your villa. It was great to have a swim everyday - as great as Disney is....the kids would still ask "can we go home to swim soon!" You have a beautiful home and so thankful that you rent it out. It's in a great location - easy to find especially with all the helpful info that you send prior to arrival.

We had a lovely Xmas and New year in your lovely comfortable villa, my husband and son both enjoyed using the games room. The Xmas Tree was a lovely surprise, thank you! We would definitely consider renting your villa if we decide to go back to Florida in a couple of years time, and will recommend it to our friends. Lovely safe community, convenient for the 192 and all of its restaurants and outlets, and within minutes from Disney Parks! It was also only 10 minutes to the town of Celebration, a ‘1950s’ style community which was lovely, with gorgeous houses with white picket fences, and lovely restaurants (Market Street Café serves really good food in comfortable 50’s style décor) and shops, all set around a lake - well worth visiting!

We had a fabulous stay at Phil and Jans Villa. It was everything we expected and more... It is beautifully furnished and equipped with everything to make your holiday perfect. It certainly did for us. A great location, beutiful view from the pool over the lake, a superb villa on a lovely development with easy access to the parks avoiding the 192.

From initially contacting Phil to the arriving at the Villa, the whole process was effortless and stress free, with plenty of tips and info to start you on your Disney Experience.

The games room and playstation is great for the kids to while away an hour whilst you get ready to hit the parks, and the pool and spa superb to relax in when you return or just to take a break from the busy park schedule.

We had a great time and can't wait to book again!!!

We had a great time in your loverly villa. We have stayed in other villas over the years but yours is by far the best. Nice view of the lake from the pool. The games room was superb as was all the extra games and playstation. Close to all the attractions. We also found you very helpful. We will definatley book again and would recommend it to others.

We had a great time in Florida. The games room at the villa is a great idea for relaxing after a hectic day in the parks. Also a good place to put the kids for a while!!!

We had a great stay at phil and jans villa.The villa has all the mod cons you need and with a very relaxing sitting room.The pool and hottub/spa is an excellent way to unwind after a day at the parks or shopping.The games room is a great addition to the villa which got alot of use.It takes 15 mins to get to disney and 25 to universal so its well situated.There's a walmart just down the road so you don't have to go far to stock up.The management company are very friendly and helpful.We would certainly go back to the villa and recommend it to all our friends.

What an absolutely wonderful time we had in your villa! You have thought of just about everything to make it a true "home away from home" for your guests. In fact we keep referring to it as "our" Florida house....ha-ha-ha. With all the activities in and around Kissimmee and Orlando, and the game room, movies, board games, pool, etc that the home offers, we never lacked for something to do! I must say, however, that the most wonderful moments were simply relaxing on the lanai and taking in nature on the lake. Truly the stuff that great vacations are made of. Thank you for your part in making this a truly remarkable holiday!

We stayed @the camburian lake villa in January
and had a great time. This is a great area for families, very secure. The house and all furnishings were everything you could expect and more. I really enjoyed how the house was laid out. Although I did not use the game rooom it was a real hit with everyone else. The location was excellent very convenient to everything. We are planning on returning .

Although I was a little nervous about renting on the internet from someone out of the country the rental was handled so easily and all the e-mail from Phil mad me feel very comfortable. He always answered my inquiry very promptly and game me all the info that I needed I highly recommend this villa you will not find a better place in Florida.

a nice way to relax after a full day at the parks. The location to all the parks was wonderful.

Beautifully presented and furnished to a very high standard .well equipped games room and ps2 games and dvd.Had a fantastic holiday and would love to go back again.Good location for the surrounding areas and also close enough to I4 for going further afield o the beaches.it was a great find !!!!

Beautifully maintained holiday villa in a quiet residential area.Furnished to a tastefully high specification with ample appliances and super games room.Would recommend to friends and would go back myself.

We have just returned from two weeks holiday and just wanted to say what a fantastic villa this was. The set up, location and amenities were second to none. My youngest aged 7 was more impressed with the villa than the disney parks. Fantastic holiday had by all and will certainly recommend this villa to anyone!

This is a fabulous spacious and clean villa, which is very comfortable and tastefully decorated. It is situated in a safe and peaceful gated community. The villa is overlooking a lake with various wildlife which we found fascinating to watch.
The facilities in the villa are excellent there is everything you need in the kitchen.There are numerous TV's and dvd's, a playstation, games room and a lovely pool with a spa. The kids will not have time to be bored!
The villa is located near to restaurants,two Walmarts,airboat rides, pony trekking,all the major theme parks, shopping malls and International Drive.
We cannot recommend this villa highly enough you will definately not be dissapointed with it and we had a fabulous time.
We would just like to take this opportunity to thank Phil and Jan for their help when we ran into problems at our second villa. Their kind offer for us to return to the villa demonstrated their total commitment to excellent customer relations they definately do their best to ensure you have a brilliant holiday.

Before we left we cleaned the house for you, as it would have been our mess we would have left, thats just me though.

Hey Phil & Jan: The villa was grrreat! We went swimming every day for at least 2hr/day. The place was everything your website showed. We will think of the place up in Nunavut (Canada's Arctic). The only thing I would change is adding on a little care package of things like condiments, et al. I am telling all my friends and family of the place.

Just returned home from a great holiday in this beautiful villa,friends & family stayed on international drive but after seeing the villa wished they had done the same as us.So much space & so much to do our kids never were bored,pool & spa,games room,playstation & dvd's
visiting the parks it was great to be able to relax back at the villa for the next day.

I just returned from Phil and Jan's villa in Kissimmee, Florida!! A lovely home, pool, and spa! The location is fabulous off the main drag. Phil and Jan add a personal touch by providing directions to many locations, and calling in from overseas to be sure their guests are pleased.
There are family board games, a play room for lazy days at the villa and room for everyone to have personal space. I will most definitely recommmend this villa to family and friends. Thanks Phil and Jan

We enjoyed two glorious weeks in your lovely villa. This was our third time to Florida. Before we booked with a travel agent...this time we decided to use the net. Found Phil and Jan to be so helpful. The villa was terrific. By far the best location of any we've been in. No distance from the parks, the outlets, restaurants etc. Also found the villa very private. Nobody could look in at you. The games room was terrific as were the board games, the PS2, DVD's etc. I would strongly recommend the villa to anyone looking to go to Orlando and we hope to return soon.

This was our 2nd visit to your lovely villa, we enjoyed it so much last year we booked up immediately on our return.

The villa is fantastic - it was just as it looks on the website and was immaculate. The games room was fab as was the dip in the spa after a long day at the theme park.

The villa is located in a quiet gated community. It looks onto a little lake and gets the sun all day. It is just 5 minutes from the US192 where all the shops and restuarants are.

I would certainly recommend this villa to my friends and family and would definately book this villa again on my next trip to Florida.
